Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory products, Project Elixion does not accept returns of products once they have been dispatched and delivered.
Returns may only be considered where:
The incorrect item has been supplied.
Products arrive damaged in transit.
Products are defective upon arrival.
Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Description of the issue
Clear photographs of any damaged items or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been supplied, Project Elixion may offer:
A replacement product
A partial refund
A full refund
The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the information provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened products
Used products
Products stored incorrectly after delivery
Products purchased in error
Products no longer required by the customer
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Project Elixion cannot accept responsibility for:
Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by customers
Delays caused by couriers
Failed delivery attempts
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

All products supplied by Project Elixion are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease.
