1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Elixion Peptides.
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Research Use Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY
Products supplied by Elixion Peptides are intended strictly and exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory, analytical and scientific research.
Products are not intended or supplied for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, administration or any other form of in-vivo use.
They are not supplied for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic, supplementation, wellness, performance-enhancement, recreational or personal use.
Our full requirements are set out in our Research Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
3. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended legitimate research application and that they have appropriate knowledge, facilities and procedures for their safe handling, storage and disposal.
Purchasers are also responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession and intended research use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Elixion Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the proposed use is inconsistent with our Research Use Policy, where payment cannot be verified, where a product is unavailable, or where we are unable to fulfil the order lawfully.
We may contact a purchaser for further information concerning their intended research purpose before accepting or fulfilling an order.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact the purchaser before fulfilling the order and, where appropriate, cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. DELIVERY
Available delivery options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Please contact info@projectelixion.co.uk if an order is delayed, damaged or appears to have been lost in transit.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
Where a purchaser has a statutory right to cancel an online order, that right may be exercised in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where a statutory exception applies, including qualifying sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy affects a purchaser’s statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
8. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If an order arrives damaged, faulty or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@projectelixion.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
9. PRODUCT INFORMATION & ANALYTICAL DOCUMENTATION
We aim to provide accurate information concerning the identity and characteristics of research materials.
Where analytical documentation is provided, it applies only to the sample or batch identified in that documentation.
Supplier documentation, representative testing or testing relating to another batch will not be represented as independent batch-specific testing.
Product information is provided for research purposes and must not be interpreted as medical advice or instructions for personal use.
10. STORAGE & HANDLING
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring research materials are appropriately received, stored, handled, contained and disposed of using suitable laboratory procedures.
Any storage information supplied with a product should be followed.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Elixion Peptides is not responsible for loss resulting from misuse, unauthorised use, improper storage or handling, or use contrary to the Research Use Policy, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs and original written material belonging to Elixion Peptides may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies or applicable requirements.
The Terms applying to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Scotland.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights a purchaser may have under applicable consumer law.
