3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched.

Project Elixion reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.

Customers may choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Project Elixion is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, replacement products or refunds may be offered at the discretion of Project Elixion.
